Clear, plain-language summary of Fly Reclaim’s fees and how we charge for our services.

1. Introduction

This page explains Fly Reclaim’s pricing and how we charge for the services we provide. Please read it carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

This Fees document should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, where defined terms are explained.

3. Services free of charge

We do not charge for the following:

• Eligibility checks
• General information services
• Any case where no compensation is awarded

4. Compensation Service fees

Our Compensation Service operates on a no-win, no-fee basis: you only pay if we successfully recover compensation from the airline.

When compensation is obtained, the following fees apply (both amounts include VAT):

• Service Fee (Standard Fee): 35% of the compensation amount
• Legal Action Fee: 15% of the compensation amount — charged only if legal action was required

Legal costs: When legal action is necessary, Fly Reclaim will cover legal and court costs. If we win, we may request the court to order the airline to reimburse those costs. If the court awards those costs, Fly Reclaim may retain them to cover expenses. If we lose, Fly Reclaim will pay the legal costs; you won’t be charged — unless you withdraw after legal action has started or you breach our Terms.

5. Special agreements with partners

If you signed up through a travel agency or other partner, your payment terms, payout options, or included services may differ according to that agreement. In no case will the combined total of Service Fee + Legal Action Fee exceed the amounts listed above.

6. Payment of compensation

We will transfer the full amount recovered for your claim minus our fees (“Your Payout”).

• For European claims, payouts are made in EUR (€).
• For other jurisdictions, payouts follow the currency rules required by the applicable passenger-rights regulation, or the currency you chose when available.

If the airline pays in a different currency, the payment provider will convert the amount using their exchange rate; Fly Reclaim does not add extra charges. The final amount may vary depending on when the airline initiated the transfer.

7. International bank transfers

We offer international transfers via a third-party provider without additional Fly Reclaim fees. Your bank or intermediaries may still charge fees or apply exchange-rate conversions — these are outside our control.

8. Check payments in USD (US residents)

For US customers, we can issue compensation by check in USD at no extra Fly Reclaim cost. Any fees charged by banks to cash the check are your responsibility.

9. Value Added Tax (VAT)

All fees listed on this page include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.
